Our History

BPC it’s a private company that started operation in 2006 with a 100 seat operation, over the years it has been able to obtain the know-how on customer service, sales and lead generation accounts, due to the experience of its management and key staff.

In late 2011 BPC saw the opportunity to grow to a 400 seat main facility in Santa Elena and a 100 seat BCRP facility in San Salvador. This venture has allow BPC to attract more business due to the location of the main facility (Best area in town).


BPC main goal is to provide the highest quality of customer support services to meet the needs and demands of our clients while achieving a profitable and secure return for our investors.


We aim to provide our clients with real solutions to help them adapt to the rapidly changing environment of the call center industry.

Our Team

Mauricio Sol – Executive Director

Senior Executive with 35 years of experience managing companies from media, airlines, TV channels, supermarket chains, with strong background in Customer Service, Sales and Marketing.
He has managed headcounts from 500 up to 2500 employees.
He holds a Bachelor degree in Marketing and a MBA.

Jorge Rapalo – Operations & Site Director

Call Center Director with 15 years of experience in the industry has managed operations in 3 of the major call center operators in El Salvador, with experience in Customer Service, Inbound and Out Sales (B2C, B2B), Tech Support, Lead Generation, Back Office and Data Entry.  Among the clients he has supported are major airlines, computer manufactures, energy companies, wireless phone operators, department stores, and coupon and rebates companies. He has work all service channels (Voice, Chat and Email) and managed headcounts from 200 up to 1200 agents. He is a Systems engineer with a political science and administration MBAs.
